I move amendment No. 39:
In page 32, between lines 35 and 36, to insert the following:"(b) consistency with the national transition objective established in the Climate Action and Low Carbon Development Act 2015;".
I will withdraw the amendment as I will discuss with the Minister's officials how we might deal with it.
