The Senator across must have very wealthy friends in south County Dublin if the council there can give a job to someone to do the work of applying to Europe for the money. Those responsible should be in a backroom doing it themselves. Anyway, it is an interesting question. It happens all the time. It is like a minefield. Mr. Greer has raised a good question.
