I was on the board of a cultural body in South Dublin County Council. We had a full-time position to draw down European funding. Obviously, it is different in the case of the SEUPB. Does SEUPB take that into account? What process is faced by those organisations seeking to draw down money? Is it onerous? I imagine there has to be accountability. That is completely acceptable.
