The Louth-Newry memorandum of understanding is the best-practice template of any of the local authorities having regard to integration. There is joint planning and even joint employment.
There is quite a bit of joint work. Is that the same relationship that Derry City & Strabane District Council has with Donegal County Council? Has it happened as much in the west of the Border region?
