I move amendment No. 28:
In page 40, to delete line 29 and substitute the following:“amended, and the public body shall consider any such recommendation,but, in relation to a code of conduct issued by a Committee referred to in subsection (3)(c), there shall not be exercised the power under paragraph (a).”.
