That was discovered at Committee Stage here in the Dáil and was publicised. Should that have tripped a red light, through questioning of the CEO of Bank of Ireland who initially denied it was happening? After the release of the Red C study, it was quite obvious it was happening. Should that have tripped red lights at that stage?
