We have dealt with this through different structures that are in place at three or four levels - providing governance from the centre, providing specialist interviewers and investigators at divisional level and then every member of An Garda Síochána will get training in this area over the next 12 months. Similarly, regarding culture and the code of ethics, every member will get training over the next 12 months.
