No, at the moment there are not. We certainly agree, however, with the point the Senator is making. We do not have a specific offence of domestic violence as in other jurisdictions. Other jurisdictions have a specific domestic violence offence. We do not. We have an offence for which that motive can be considered. That is why we are putting these structures around reporting, and making them more robust, so as to ensure that we can get into the detail of it because, unfortunately, we do not have a specific domestic violence offence.
