The members of the committee and the clerk included have had the wherewithal to vacate their seats to use the services of the toilet facilities. I am very conscious that the witnesses themselves are not so easily in a position to vacate their seats. Perhaps after the next couple of speakers, if the witnesses would like, we could take a ten minute break to allow use of the facilities. We are extending the sitting with the witnesses' co-operation, if that is in order, to allow each member an individual contribution of five minutes, which includes not just their questions but also the response to those questions. I need the members' total co-operation on that. We will go into private session immediately following that. That is the order in which I intend to conduct the remainder of the meeting. At this point, I call Senator Ó Donnghaile. After the next contribution, a break for ten minutes might be appropriate. Is that agreed? Agreed.
