It is important, and we have learned from this that robust systems need to be put in place that will make sure this does not happen again. We have to improve our IT system and we have to ensure the record data fields to capture that information. If we go back ten years to the start of this process and I was designing an IT system, with hindsight, I would have changed it to make sure checks and balances were in place and to make sure what happened could not happen. We are here today. We have put the checks in place and that is a lesson learned for us.
