Second, and what we try to encourage, if a member or anybody wants to come to us to raise issues with wrongdoing it is always much easier to sit down with the individual, hear what he or she has to say and be able to identify it. That is why it would have been much better. That did not stop us, nevertheless, looking at the generality of the issues that were raised in the letter.
