Fine. Deputy Commissioner Twomey has apologised for not contacting the Policing Authority last year, last month or at any time about this issue. There would not necessarily have been a need for a formal structure to make contact with it. It could have been through an e-mail or a phone call, and I am sure Deputy Commissioner Twomey meets people from the Policing Authority the odd time. Is there a level of distrust between the two bodies that this information could not be relayed?
