I apologise for intervening, but it is important that we get the detail. In November 2015, when the partial audit was reviewed, it became apparent at that stage that there was an issue. Its scale was what we did not know. The immediate action taken at that stage was to put in new procedures to ensure it would not continue. It was at that stage that we began to conduct a national audit. We wrote to the Department of Justice and Equality outlining to it that we had a problem but that we did not know what it was. We put a note on our website. It was only in March this year that we got the numbers.
