If I may, I will attempt to address that issue. The initial action was taken when the results of the audit were identified. It was a partial audit or examination within the organisation, as opposed to a full audit, as it is known in legal terms. It was an examination of the data. The initial action taken was to address and fix the problem. In April 2016 new measures were brought in to ensure the problem could not recur. The effectiveness of the new practices and procedures was closely monitored to see how they were working. When we were satisfied they were doing what we had set out for them to do, the national audit was conducted.
