The Mazars process started in September. We were asked to suspend the disciplinary process and we did. Following the Mazars process, the HEA asked us to suspend the process further while it appointed facilitators to mediate on a range of issues involving persons B and C. That mediation was not successful. As I explained, persons B and C exercised their right to take a claim to the WRC, which they did in November 2015. That claim has not yet been heard by the WRC.
