A further breakdown of this programme would be useful. There seems to be a slightly - it is slight - lower allocation for 2017. Why is this? It is said the Coast Guard is working in very unsafe and underfunded conditions. Does the Minister have a plan to rectify this and if so, is this reflected in the allocation?
