Is there any plan in the Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation to conduct a review of the remit of the HSA? What has triggered my question is the recent "Prime Time" programme on theme parks. We met the operators of fun fairs, who do not come specifically under the remit of the HSA. With an improving economy, there will be more people at work and there will be more stress placed on the HSA to carry out its remit given that employment figures are up. Has the Department considered the potential to broaden the remit of the HSA and its capacity to deal with the increase in the level of work that will result from the expanding economy?
