I am not going to give a figure for a particular number of credit unions that are failing to meet particular requirements because there are credit unions that meet and exceed and others that fail to meet some but not all of differing requirements. There is no one number that fails to meet either a large or small number. This is a constantly evolving picture. As the Chairman can imagine, it is quite complex because there are different expectations and we require different standards of small versus large.
