I have never found that they have a problem picking up the telephone. They can call if they want information or just to discuss an issue that has arisen. I have been in this area for nearly five years now. I do not know where the comment came from because we feel there is an open-door policy and they credit unions know it. They have our telephone numbers. If they want meetings, we always organise them. Even the other day, we brought in representatives to discuss an upcoming European directive. It will not be introduced for a year or two but the meeting was to give them the heads-up on it. We have constant engagement.
