The lead-in to that by the various Deputies who asked questions and were very attentive to the whole process - the background to all of that - was an effort to reassure the public that those who made the decisions were not still making decisions with the HSE or Tusla. Does Mr. O'Brien accept that his remarks, as recorded in the transcript, were made in that context?
