Where did these people go and what happened in terms of whether they are still working for the public service? That is the context and Mr. O'Brien said all three that were in his head were not working for the public service. It turns out that not only is one of them still in the public service, but H6, who has been identified by the inquiry, is also in the public service. Mr. O'Brien is saying he cannot clarify whether this means Tusla, the Health Service Executive or another public body, although, as Deputy Cullinane pointed out, he has clarified the position in respect of the other person.
