There are many people in long-term care in the disabilities sector or psychiatric services. They may not come under the scheme we are discussing. Will the witnesses comment on the people in the care of the HSE not covered by the nursing home support scheme? There must be a number of those institutions that have people with long-term disabilities or psychiatric care requirements. Are they included in what we are discussing?
