Let us consider the division between public and private. I will be honest with the delegation that I was surprised at the balance of how things fell, the number of people in public versus private, and how the moneys went in the opposite direction in terms of where the moneys are going but maybe that is just me. Is there a trend to move away from public nursing homes and more in the direction of private facilities?
