Yes. The one thing I looked forward to was the social inclusion and community activation programme, SICAP, because it was different. It did not begin with an "L". SICAP has replaced the local and community development programme, LCDP. SICAP is using specific computer software, the integrated reporting information system, IRIS. This is having implications on the ground. I fully understand the need for data. Data is critical to us making decisions. However, there has been a little too much emphasis on getting that data, gathering it, and then inputting it, instead of helping people find solutions to their problems, such as trying to find a job.

I look forward to the Minister of State, Deputy Catherine Byrne's announcement of the €2 million community fund, and what that will involve.
