I apologise because I must leave for the Chamber after this.

I neglected to make a point in my initial contribution about citizens information centres. A similar argument applies. I want to make it clear, despite insinuations to the contrary, that I am not suggesting for one moment that there is any bad faith on the part of anybody or that it is the intention of anybody, on the board of the CIB or otherwise, to do down MABS. I never insinuated that and do not mean that; I simply observe there is a seismic change. All parties across the spectrum have received many representations on this matter and we are entitled to bring the people responsible for that change in here and ask them to justify it. I am sorry to have asked Ms Mangan what she describes as a ridiculous question about the staffing.
