What I can tell the Deputy is that, in accordance with the legislation that pertains here, which is very specific and requires consideration on a number of grounds, a detailed review has been carried out by the national drugs committee. Its recommendation is not favourable. The leadership team of the HSE will not be proceeding with a decision that is at odds with the recommendation of the national drugs committee.
