We will make a written submission on that issue. We have not yet discussed the issue but in terms of our own thinking on it, we have looked at various options such as that outlined. The technical administrative issues highlighted by Ms Graham would suggest there would be administrative problems regardless of what solution one opts for. As a forum, we have not taken a position on this matter, either in terms of the general principle of it or the specifics of it, although we are of the strong view that fairness and equity is paramount.
