I thank the witnesses for their input, which has been very useful. I do not know if this is their area but presenting groups raised concerns with regard to small businesses. Do the witnesses have a view on how the legislation could be tailored to address the concerns of small businesses? Big businesses have cause the problem and it is primarily in this area that demand for change has been generated. Corner shops and smaller businesses have a different operating model from the Dunnes Stores and Penneys of this world. Do the witnesses have a view on that?
