With regard to some of the more recent scandals, such as those over tracker mortgages and higher interest rates and even some of the decisions taken on the arrears cases, we see a lot of consumer-led action and then political action. It is striking, however, how few whistleblowers have emerged from within the industry. There is a view that the Central Bank's investigative process is too secretive and internal to encourage whistleblowers to come forward. Does that concern Mr. Broderick?
