I want to follow up on the Chairman's comments. I welcome the Taoiseach to the select committee where we have always had good engagement with him, although I am not sure how many other engagements we will have. Regarding his comment that the Supreme Court judge, Mr. Justice Charleton, would deal with the core elements of the tribunal of investigation within nine months and then return to the Supreme Court, is that an indication that he will not complete the terms of reference of the inquiry? The Taoiseach might elaborate on that if he wishes.
