No. 4.4 is the Gathering Project 2013 Limited, and the 2012 and 2013 accounts, on which there are clear audit opinions. No. 4.6 is a clear audit opinion for the Royal Irish Academy of Music. The internal financial control system discloses that the academy applies the minimum threshold of €50,000 for advertising and e-Tenders contracts for supplies and services, rather than the lower threshold of €25,000 which is set in the public procurement guidelines. I propose we immediately write to them for an explanation of why they are doing that. We will consider the response when we get it.
