I am not aware of the models the Deputy mentions regarding the local authorities elsewhere. It raises an interesting point. We believe there should be an obligation on local authorities to co-operate certainly around prisoner re-integration, among other areas. For example, we have seen a local authority in Cork presenting obstacles to the establishment of a step-down facility for women offenders coming out of prison. It is an interesting area on which there should be more focus and attention.
