Clearly, the Senator has his own opinion on this. We did not get advance notification that of the 492 determinations we made, we would have a detailed discussion on one. As such, we do not come armed with all the information that would be needed. Nobody has found through due process that the Department's process did not stand up in this case. If they have found that through due process, we are not aware of it. Otherwise, it is an opinion.
