We had to find out where the loans were. We had to carry out a serious investigation to find out where the loans were. We went to Capita, who said they did not have them, and then we went to Fitzwilliam Finance and they said they did not have them. They do not know what they have. Eventually they were located but we had been getting letters on a constant basis from Capita. I refused to engage with them as I do not have any contract with them.
