My understanding is that Committee Stage of the Bill is before the other relevant Oireachtas committee so the timing would be a matter for that committee. From the Department's perspective, we are engaging with the Office of the Attorney General in an effort to tease out the wording and deal with some of the issues to which we referred earlier, like how we define the public water system, for example. We are working with the Attorney General's office on those kinds of issues in preparation for the beginning of scrutiny by the other Oireachtas committee. I am afraid I am not privy to what the timeline might be.
