In terms of risk, we have been dealing with it over the past while. It is the change in the environment in both the US and Europe over the next number of years. It evolves and changes very quickly. This time next year we could have much greater clarity about the US and it will be either less of a problem or a very big one. It is that external domestic uncertainty. It is a sluggish European economy overall in terms of a potential GDP shock. Europe is not growing as fast as it should be and a Europe without Britain will grow slower.
