By and large, Dr. Nicholas O'Brien, who is the head of the international division, is the key co-ordinating person that participates in several of the groups. The principal officer who works in the area is Ms Niamh Campbell and she sits on these groups. Then there is the technical support of the likes of the Revenue Commissioners and so on. I do not have the information in front of me but these are senior official groups.
