I appreciate that. Prime Minister May made her speech on Tuesday. My question is probably more appropriate to Mr. McCarthy. Will he translate as best he can what we heard from her and put it in the context of the analysis undertaken by the Department and the ESRI of what Brexit means for the Irish economy? The UK is definitely leaving the Single Market. Although there is a degree of uncertainty about the customs union, it is safe to assume that the UK will not remain in it. The Prime Minister referred to associate membership or leaving the customs union. In terms of trade and our economy, what is the Department's assessment at this early stage of the emerging position of the British Government?
