We could not afford to build the facility that is being proposed in phase 2. It is, effectively, a facility that is appended on to the national indoor arena. The FAI is part and parcel of the phase 2 development also. That is State funded. We would be provided with a grey box that is the building and we must provide the funding to build the three pitches and to kit it out.
