At last week's meeting the committee heard from Irish Water and the Commission for Energy Regulation and considered funding operations and the issues of maintenance and investment. In this session we will continue our consideration of the matter, focusing on the rural water funding programme and funding other than that related to Irish Water. I welcome the representatives of the Department of Housing, Planning, Community and Local Government, Ms Maria Graham, Mr. Colm Lavery and Mr. Patrick O'Sullivan.
