I think the letter campaign cost a couple of grand. It was not a huge sum. Therefore, the cheapest thing we did was the most effective. They were Focus Ireland-branded letters. It was not Department of Social Protection letters that were sent out. Decisions were made in that regard. Staff costs accounted for the rest.
