I thank Ms Donnelly for her contribution. She referred to the previous occasion her organisation addressed this committee. I wish to point out that it was the prior committee. All the members present are new and that is one of the reasons we wanted to engage with and consult stakeholders. We wanted an opportunity to hear the voices of stakeholders.
