I move amendment No. 77.
In page 27, between lines 26 and 27, to insert the following: "(c) Communicating his or her consent to that act (whether by talking, writing, using sign language, assistive technology, or any other means)."
It is a drafting error, so I will withdraw it and resubmit it on Report Stage.
