Amendment No. 7 relates to terminology and replaces all references to a "protected person" with the term "relevant person" to bring the section into line with other Acts. For example, the Assisted Decision-Making (Capacity) Act 2015 does not use the term "protected person", but "relevant person". Acceptance of this amendment would mean the deletion of-----
