As we now have a quorum, the committee is in public session, and as we are in public session, all mobile phones should be switched off as they cause interference, even if on silent mode, with the recording equipment in the committee rooms. This meeting has been convened to consider Committee Stage of the Criminal Law (Sexual Offences) Bill 2015.
