This meeting has been convened for the purposes of consideration by the committee of the Road Traffic Bill 2016 (Seanad) which was referred to the Select Committee by order of the Dáil 28 September 2016. I welcome the Minster for Transport, Tourism and Sport, Deputy Shane Ross and his officials.
