I will take Deputy Barry's question on elective capacity. The HSE undertakes about 94,000 elective inpatient cases per year. In total, the HSE does 1.6 million cases per year. The elective capacity is reducing at around 1,000 to 1,500 per year and it is being replaced by a greater volume of emergency work, and day case volume is growing.
