Social Justice Ireland made an excellent contribution to the debate. We all rely on it analysis and the facts and figures provided by it. On the first-time buyer's scheme - the help-the-builders' scheme - Social Justice Ireland stated it was pointless. Did it arrive at that opinion before the Central Bank changed the macro prudential rules? Will it elaborate on the reasons it believes it is pointless?
