I say to Deputy Connolly that the discount rate is not the fundamental issue here but it has been a bone of contention and the PAC needs to tease it out like we have done for the past 20 minutes. Believe it or not, the transcript of the past 20 minutes will be helpful to the committee because we are trying to gather in all the information and a lot of things have been said by the Deputy that might well feed into the report.
