These are the contemporaneous minutes of the telephone calls. I have had just two hours' sleep, but the only difference I can see between the two is that "Neil Gerrard, Partner" of Dechert is documented to be attending at one of the phone conversations. Would it not seem very odd to Mr. Daly that the minutes of both telephone calls say the exact same thing? Would anyone ever have identical telephone calls?
